Quality assurance and process control
Milk is processed in skimmed milk powder in an ISO 9001 certified unit. In 2003, the manufacturing facility also succeeded A-Futter and QS certification. Since 2010, QS and GMP have been establishing a mutual recognition.
Milk is concentrated, refattened and then dried thanks to a Spray-drying process. This method allows getting homogeneous and small particles of powder. As a result, dilution and conservation of milk replacers are better.
Strict quality controls are carried out at each step of the manufacturing process.
